I host a baby to pre-school activity class every Friday in Sherwood, Nottingham.
This is a supportive community led by Lifestyle Coach & Certified Zumbini Instructor.
Vanessa-Mary Coach. These active classes aim to support the physical, emotional and mental well-being of Mums at different stages of Motherhood.
We also have Grandmothers, Dads and other family members attending the class too.
The activity sessions are also designed to benefit little ones aged 0-5 years in terms of their cognitive and emotional development. Our regular fun and friendly meetups will also boost their social skills.
Mums are also encouraged to socialise after the session with each other over a complimentary tea and coffee.
